Komi Ministry of Economic Development and Nonprofit Partnership “Innovation Centre of Northwest Association” sign a cooperation agreement 28-02-2011

On 28 February 2011, the Komi Representation Office in the Northwestern Region of Russia had a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between Komi Ministry of Economic Development and Nonprofit Partnership “Innovation Centre of Northwest Association for Economic Interaction of RF Northwestern Subjects”.

The goal of the agreement is to maintain cooperation to improve the efficiency of implementing socioeconomic development programs for the subjects in the Northwest of Russia, developing innovation activity in Komi as a Northwestern subject, integrating the efforts for improved competitiveness and investment attractiveness of economic entities. Senior Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Komi Olga Osipova and Director General of NP “Innovation Centre of Northwest Association” Sergey Popsuy will be responsible for coordination under the agreement.
